Leadership is a current blipvert catchphrase that has become an aspirational product for people who have identified a shortfall within their life journey with regard to influencing, creating lasting memories (of themselves), in others, and convincing themselves that they matter within the continuum of existence as a human. That being said. Taking leadership as a modern aspirational word out of the equation, true selfless (as selfless as it is possible to be as a congnecent animal), leaders do exist. Even when a selfish component is there (as usual within the complexity of human physiology), they have many daily moments of "leadering" when they are not formally trying to lead. It is a way they have. It's is thing they are. Examples in war where a solder in the heat of likely death, takes his pals with him to safety. "Leadering" as a core adrenaline action of the centre of the man. The interior of the man laid bare and magnificent. In dentistry, the self selection of unusual personality types means that several supposed leaders and actually bleeders. They bleed purity, truth and progression at the altar of self love, self publicity and momentary massaging of their little egos. This podcast is good. It is a very important message that may not be heard widely enough... Yet. The mission to bring truth to the young dentists and thus bring progression to dentistry in the future continues.
